Abstract:
Disclosed are an information processing method and apparatus, an IM server, a convergence gateway, and a storage medium. The method comprises: receiving a first message encapsulated according to a first protocol, the first message carrying first data content, a first identifier, a second identifier, a first class identifier and a second class identifier; parsing the first message according to the first protocol, so as to obtain the first data content, the first identifier, the second identifier, the first class identifier and the second class identifier; when it is determined that the first class identifier is different from the second class identifier, encapsulating the first data content and the first identifier according to a protocol corresponding to the second class identifier, so as to obtain a second message; and sending the second message according to the second identifier.
