Abstract:
A server 2 obtains log data expressing the history of the state of a chargeable/dischargeable storage cell 151 and information expressing a plurality of use applications for the storage cell 151 which corresponds to the log data, extracts target log data which corresponds to each use application from the log data, and on the basis of the target log data which corresponds to each use application, estimates the degree of deterioration of the storage cell 151 caused by using the storage cell 151 in each use application, and outputs each use application and the degree of deterioration of said storage cell 151 which corresponds to each use application.
