Abstract:
A zone dividing unit divides, on the basis of slope information included in the road information of a route along which an electric vehicle plans to travel, the route into a plurality of zones. A discharging plan candidate deriving unit derives, on the basis of the necessary capacity of a secondary battery, a plurality of discharging plans specified by a combination of the target SOC of the secondary battery at a starting time point and the target SOC thereof at a time point when reaching a destination. A zone degradation amount calculation unit calculates, with reference to a discharge degradation map specifying the relationship between a combination of the SOC use range of each zone and a discharge rate and a secondary battery degradation rate, a secondary battery degradation rate/amount of each zone on the basis of the SOC use range of each zone and the secondary battery output current of each zone. A discharging plan selection unit selects, among the plurality of discharging plans, a discharging plan with which the total degradation rate/amount is minimized.
