Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of communications, and disclosed therein are an information sending method, a receiving method, an apparatus, a device, and a storage medium. The information sending method comprises: in the situation in which a terminal device detects that a first system cannot be used, the terminal device sends first information to a network device in a second system, the first information being used for informing the network device in the second system that the first system cannot be used. The embodiments of the present application can prevent a network device in the system in which a terminal device is currently located from redirecting the terminal device to another system after receiving a registration request of the terminal device, such that the terminal device promptly acquires a network service. Furthermore, in the embodiments of the present application, the network device in the current system can be prevented from redirecting the terminal device again to another system when processing the registration request of the terminal device, preventing the terminal device from switching back and forth between the current system and another system, reducing the delay of the terminal device acquiring a network service, and improving the efficiency of the terminal device accessing a communication system.
