Title:
INK COMPOSITION FOR PHOTOCURABLE INKJET PRINTING
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/235215
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A problem of the present invention is to improve the discharge stability during printing, tackiness of a cured coating, base material adherence, folding resistance, rubbing resistance, and solvent resistance of an ink composition for photocurable inkjet printing. As a solution, the present invention provides an ink composition for a photocurable inkjet printing which includes a dye, a photopolymerization component, and a photopolymerization initiator, and satisfies all of conditions (1)-(3) below. (1) Containing 5.0-40.0 wt. % of an ethylene oxide modified bifunctional monomer and at least 60.0 wt. % of a monofunctional monomer relative to the entire photopolymerization component; (2) The Tg of the ethylene oxide modified bifunctional monomer is 20°C or less; (3) The theoretical Tg of a copolymer made out of the monofunctional monomer is 20-40°C
