Abstract:
An installation for laser treatment of materials comprises a laser (1), a coordinate table (2) for receiving the material to be treated (3), a system (4) for transmitting, transforming and focusing the laser radiation, provided with an outlet barrel (6) and placed in the path of the laser beam (7). The installation is provided with a programmed numerical control system (8) connected to the laser (1) and to the coordinate table (2), whereas the system (4) for transmitting, transforming and focusing the laser radiation comprises an optical mirror unit (9) provided with its individual drive (10) ensuring its rotation about its own axis (16) and connected to the programmed numerical control system (8). The installation is to a large extent multipurpose, has broad technological possibilities and is capable of carrying out effectively laser hardening, welding, alloying, cutting etc. of parts with a complex configuration.
