Abstract:
Provided is an insulator holding structure comprising: an insulator 16 disposed along the lower surface of a floor panel 6 of a cab 2; a pair of left and right floor side members 8 disposed extending in the front–rear direction of the vehicle body on the left and right sides, respectively, in the vehicle width direction below the floor panel 6; and a pair of left and right mud valance panels 10 which are disposed extending in the front–rear direction of the vehicle body on the left and right sides, respectively, in the vehicle width direction inside the pair of left and right floor side panels 8 in the vehicle width direction and which are secured to the pair of left and right floor side panels 8, respectively. Each of the pair of left and right mud valance panels 10 has a rib 15 in the upper surface thereof, the rib 15 being disposed extending in the front–rear direction of the vehicle body so as to project upward. The insulator 16 is held between the floor panel 6 and the rib 15 of each of the pair of left and right mud valance panels 10.
