Abstract:
An intelligent mixed fertilizer control method and control system. The control method comprises: obtaining an actual fertilization concentration (S1); determining an error and an error change rate according to the actual fertilization concentration and a given fertilization concentration (S2); determining a PID parameter correction value according to the error and the error change rate by using an adaptive fuzzy control algorithm (S3); obtaining a PID parameter at the current time (S4); determining a PID parameter at the next time according to the PID parameter at the current time and the PID parameter correction value (S5); determining a control increment according to the PID parameter at the next time (S6); and controlling the turn-on and turn-off of an electromagnetic valve (3) according to the control increment (S7). The control method combines PID control and adaptive fuzzy control to control the fertilization concentration, thereby improving the accuracy of the mixed fertilizer control process.
