Abstract:
Disclosed is an ion balance measuring sensor and a measuring method thereof, and a device for adjusting ion balance using an ion balance measuring sensor and an adjustment method thereof. The ion balance measuring sensor according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a positive (p)-type field effect transistor (FET) device connected to a sensing electrode; and a negative (n)-type FET device connected to the sensing electrode, wherein the ion balance is measured using the p-type FET device and the n-type FET device.
