Provided in the present invention are an iris diaphragm driving motor, a photographing apparatus, and an electronic device. The iris diaphragm driving motor comprises a base assembly, which is provided with an accommodating cavity; a lens supporting body, at least a part of which is movably arranged inside the accommodating cavity; driving magnets, wherein a plurality of driving magnets are arranged on a circumferential side wall of the lens supporting body; driving coils, wherein a plurality of driving coils correspond to the driving magnets and are arranged on a side wall of the base assembly, and the driving magnets and the driving coils conduct relatively so that the lens supporting body rotates relative to the base assembly; a blade group, wherein a first end of the blade group is arranged at a top end of the base assembly, and a second end of the blade group is connected to the lens supporting body; and first magnetic attraction plates, wherein a plurality of first magnetic attraction plates correspond to the driving magnets and are arranged at a bottom end of the base assembly. The present invention solves the problem in the prior art of a diaphragm of a camera module of an electronic device being unable to change.
