The present invention relates to a kit for centrifugal separation, and a method for centrifugal separation by means of same. A kit for centrifugal separation according to the present invention comprises: a mixed solution accommodating part for accommodating mixed solution containing sample and buffer to be centrifugally separated, the sample being biological or chemical substances such as nucleic acid; a discharge part for discharging centrifugal separation solution which has been centrifugally separated from the mixed solution; a spin column disposed at the bottom end of the mixed solution accommodating part, and formed by a filtering part for filtering the mixed solution; a collection container provided with a centrifugally separated solution accommodating part for accommodating centrifugally separated solution centrifugally separated by the spin column; a partition, disposed in the centrifugally separated solution accommodating part, for partially separating same so as to separately accommodate the centrifugally separated solution discharged from the discharge part. Thus, the contamination and loss of samples during centrifugal separation is prevented, and furthermore, separation of the sample is simplified, work efficiency can be improved, and automation of centrifugal separation can be facilitated.
