Abstract:
The present invention provides a kit for detecting nucleic acid of Helicobacter pylori in human feces and belongs to the technical field of molecular biology testing. The kit comprises nucleic acid-extracting reagents and amplification reaction reagents and is composed of two packaging boxes. On the basis of nucleic acid extraction using a magnetic bead method and fluorescence quantitative PCR technology, the kit is used for in vitro qualitative detection of Helicobacter pylori genes in fecal samples of patients with Helicobacter pylori infection. The detection kit according to the present invention has high detection sensitivity, good repeatability, detection not limited by time intervals, good patient compliance, and low detection cost.
