Abstract:
The present invention provides a laminate that comprises an anti-reflection film, on the surface of which a protective film is bonded, said protective film exhibiting excellent temporary adhesion and scarcely leaving an adhesive after separation. A laminate of the present invention comprises an anti-reflection film and a protective film that is bonded onto the anti-reflection film. The surface of the anti-reflection film is provided with a plurality of projections, and the width between the tops of adjacent projections is not more than the wavelength of visible light. The protective film has a supporting film and an adhesive layer that is in contact with the anti-reflection film, and the adhesive layer is formed of a material that is produced by crosslinking a (meth)acrylic acid ester copolymer (A) by means of a crosslinking agent (B). The weight average molecular weight of the (meth)acrylic acid ester copolymer (A) is 600,000 or more but less than 1,500,000. The (meth)acrylic acid ester copolymer (A) is obtained by polymerizing a monomer component which contains 70-98% by mass of a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester monomer (a) having a non-cyclic alkyl group having 4-9 carbon atoms, 1.5-25% by mass of a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer (b) having an aliphatic ring and 0.5-5% by mass of a (meth)acrylic monomer (c) having a functional group that is reactive with the crosslinking agent (B), when the total amount of the monomer components is taken as 100% by mass. The ratio of the area occupied by components having molecular weights of 100,000 or less as determined by gel permeation chromatography is less than 3.0% when the total area of the (meth)acrylic acid ester copolymer (A) is taken as 100%.
