Abstract:
Provided are: a laminated battery that can suppress a decrease in the water level of an electrolytic solution due to the expansion of a negative electrode active material during discharging; and a method of manufacturing the same. An exterior member of the laminated battery is configured by bonding a first resin film and a second resin film, and a separator is disposed between a positive electrode (for example, a first electrode) and a negative electrode (for example, a second electrode) inside the exterior member. Furthermore, a peripheral edge portion of the separator is fixed to a peripheral edge portion of the exterior member (first resin film or second resin film).
