Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a lamp string forming die, comprising an upper die base, an upper die plate, a lower die base, and a lower die plate. The upper die plate is mounted on the lower side of the upper die base, a first lamp body cavity used for forming the upper half of a lamp body is formed in the lower side of the upper die plate, the front end and the rear end of the first lamp body cavity are respectively connected to a first wire slot through which an electric wire passes, and the outer end of the first wire slot extends to the edge of the upper die plate. The lower die plate is mounted on the upper side of the lower die base, a second lamp body cavity used for forming the lower half of the lamp body is formed in the upper side of the lower die plate, the front end and the rear end of the second lamp body cavity are respectively connected to a second wire slot through the electric wire passes, and the outer end of the second wire slot extends to the edge of the lower die plate. The first lamp body cavity and the second lamp body cavity are matched with each other, and the first wire slot and the second wire slot are matched with each other. According to the present invention, a lamp body can be directly formed outside an LED lamp on an electric wire, the stability between the LED lamp and the lamp body is good, and the waterproof performance is good.
