Abstract:
Provided is a lane pricing technology whereby a mobile body traveling along a road is billed for lane usage. A lane pricing device: obtains, from the mobile body traveling the road, at least either position information or a camera image, said position information being for the mobile body and measured on the basis of a positioning signal and said camera image including part of the lane that the mobile body is traveling and obtained by capturing an image of the mobile body; identifies the lane along which the mobile body is moving, on the basis of at least either the position information or the camera image; obtains, together with time information indicating the travel time in the lane, lane identification information that identifies the specified lane; and determines and outputs a toll, in lane units, that should be charged to the mobile body, determining same on the basis of the lane identification information and the time information.
