Abstract:
A laser processing head, comprising: an optical fiber interface apparatus (1), a main body apparatus (2), a focal length-adjusting and magnification-varying apparatus (3), a camera apparatus (4) and a focusing apparatus (5), the optical fiber interface apparatus (1), the focal length-adjusting and magnification-varying apparatus (3), the camera apparatus (4) and the focusing apparatus (5) being all connected to the main body apparatus (2). The focal length-adjusting and magnification-varying apparatus (3) comprises a focal length-adjusting compensation lens (309) and a magnification-varying lens (315). The camera apparatus (4) comprises a beam combiner apparatus and a camera assembly. The main body apparatus (2) comprises a fixed lens (205). The optical fiber interface apparatus (1), the focal length-adjusting compensation lens (309), the magnification-varying lens (315), the fixed lens (205), the beam combiner apparatus and the focusing apparatus (5) are sequentially arranged in a straight line to form a laser processing light path. The camera assembly is arranged on a side part of the laser processing light path, the camera assembly, the beam combiner apparatus and the focusing apparatus (5) forming a camera observation light path. The distances between the focal length-adjusting compensation lens (309) and the optical fiber interface apparatus (1) and between the magnification-varying lens (315) and the optical fiber interface apparatus (1) are variable.
