Abstract:
Provided are: a layered breading material that makes it possible to simultaneously achieve improvements in low oil absorption properties, mouthfeel, and the sustainability of mouthfeel; and a production method therefor. This layered breading material is an aggregate of a plurality of flaky breading pieces. Each of the flaky breading pieces comprises a plurality of cooking layers that are layered in the thickness direction.
