Abstract:
A laying head pipe, whereof a metal body is coated with protective paint on the surface. The protective paint is prepared by the following steps: 1) adding 1-2 weight parts of aluminum powder paste, 2.1 weight parts of maleic anhydride, 2.3 weight parts of isomeric alcohol ethoxylates, 4.1 weight parts of polyethylene glycol, and 12 weight parts of silicon resin into 20 weight parts of deionized water in sequence, and stirring the mixture uniformly; and then 2) adding 8 weight parts of aniline formaldehyde resin, 1.3 weight parts of methyl ethyl ketone, 1.8 weight parts of castor oil polyoxyethylene ether, 2.3 weight parts of polyisobutene, and 0.9 weight part of morpholine in sequence, and continuing stirring until the materials are uniformly mixed, thereby obtaining the protective paint. The metal body of the laying head pipe is coated with the protective paint on the surface, so that it is guaranteed that the laying head pipe can be used for a long term.
