Abstract:
A leanness-enhancing agent rapid detection device for a raw pork sales market, belonging to the technical field of food safety. The device comprises a detection box (1). A battery (4) is arranged in the detection box (1). A positioning assembly (2) and a heating assembly (3) are correspondingly arranged above and in front of the battery (4) respectively. A centrifugal assembly (5) is arranged to the right side of the heating assembly (3). A box cover (101) is hinged to the top of a box body (102). A guide groove (2031) is formed in a guide plate (203). A moving block (201) is arranged in front of the left end of the guide groove (2031). A positioning groove (2041) corresponding to the upper wall of a fixing plate (204) is formed in front of the left side of the guide groove (2031). A positioning hole (2042) is formed in the fixing plate (204) corresponding to the right side of the positioning groove (2041). In the device, a motor (505) drives a rotating plate (503) to rotate, so that a centrifugal tube (502) rotates to perform centrifugal treatment, thereby preventing sediments from affecting the detection result; the moving block (201) delimits the movement trajectory of a dropper (202), so that pork exudate accurately falls into a detection hole in a detection card (206); and by controlling a grab handle (3072), a heat conduction cup (307) is separated from a mounting housing (306) so as to pour out water, thus users do not need to reach into the lower part of the device body to discharge water.
