This learning device comprises: an input unit that receives a three-dimensional point group on a surface of an object, the three-dimensional point group having a true label indicating the type of object applied to each three-dimensional point; a classification unit that classifies, on the basis of the true label, the three-dimensional point group into a boundary point set corresponding to the boundary of the object and an internal point set corresponding to the inside of the object; and a training unit that, on the basis of the boundary point set and the internal point set, extracts features of the three-dimensional points to train a model for estimating labels so as to set a high degree of similarity between the features of each pair of a boundary point and an internal point to which the same true label has been applied, and a low degree of similarity between the features of each pair of a boundary point and an internal point to which different true labels have been applied.
