Abstract:
Provided are a level crossing existence detection device and method based on infrared lasers and microwaves, a microwave radar and an infrared laser radar are simultaneously arranged in a to-be-detected space of a railway level crossing; trains, road vehicles, pedestrians and other targets of the level crossing are detected in an omni-bearing manner in all weather at high precision and reliability in a complementary manner, and the railway trains are prevented from colliding with the road vehicles and the pedestrians.
