Abstract:
A light-emitting device drive circuit comprising a source-follower circuit (2) connected to the anode of a light-emitting device (1) and constituted of an NMOS-FET for driving the light-emitting device directly, a source-follower circuit (3) constituted of a PMOS-FET having a gate terminal connected to the source terminal of the source follower circuit (2), and a PMOS-FET (4) for supplying current to the source-follower circuit (3).
