Abstract:
A light emitting device package according to an embodiment may comprise a first package body which includes a flat lower surface, an upper surface parallel to the lower surface, and first and second opening portions passing through the upper surface and the lower surface; a second package body which is disposed on the first package body and includes an opening passing through an upper surface and a lower surface; and a light emitting device which is disposed in the opening and includes a first bonding portion and a second bonding portion. According to the embodiment, the upper surface of the first package body may be coupled to the lower surface of the second package body, the first bonding portion may be disposed on the first opening portion, and the second bonding portion may be disposed on the second opening portion.
