Abstract:
Provided are a light-emitting diode and a display device comprising same. The light-emitting diode comprises a first semiconductor layer, a second semiconductor layer, and a diode active layer which are sequentially disposed along a first direction. A thickness of the first semiconductor layer in the first direction is greater than twice a thickness of the second semiconductor layer in the first direction. A cross section of the diode active layer cut in the first direction includes: a first side facing the first semiconductor layer; a second side facing the second semiconductor layer; a first lateral side connecting one end of the first side and one end of the second side; and a second lateral side connecting the other end of the first side and the other end of the second side. The length of the second side is longer than the length of the first side, and an outer angle formed by the first side and the first lateral side is in the range of 55° to 75°.
