Abstract:
This light flux control member has an entrance region and an exit region. The entrance region contains a plurality of raised linear portions having an entrance face, a reflection face, and a ridge line. The raised linear portions are each disposed so as to join two neighboring diagonal lines from a virtual square. At least one reflection face comprises: a plurality of divided reflection faces, disposed to be parallel with the direction in which the raised linear portion extends, for reflecting toward the exit region the light that enters at the entrance face; and one or more step faces between two neighboring divided reflection faces, disposed at a blind angle position with respect to the direction of progression of the light that enters at the entrance face.
