Abstract:
Provided are a linear motor driving device and an oil sludge milling machine using same. The linear motor driving device comprises a bottom guide rail (1), wherein two linear guide rails (2) are provided on the upper portion of the bottom guide rail (1), each linear guide rail (2) has a respective sliding block body (3) movably mounted thereon, each sliding block body (3) is fixedly mounted on a respective sliding block mounting component (4), and a bottom plate body (5) is mounted on the sliding block mounting components (4); and a movable component (6) is provided below the bottom plate body (5), the movable component (6) is fixed to the lower portion of the bottom plate body (5) by means of a movable component mounting component (7), a static component (8) is provided on the bottom guide rail (1), there is a gap between the static component (8) and the movable component (6), the static component (8) is a strong magnet, and the movable component (6) is used to generate thrust by moving in a direction cutting through the magnetic lines of force of the static component (8) when energized. The movable component is directly driven by the strong magnetic static component to move an apparatus on the bottom plate body in a linear motion, without any transmission component therebetween, so that the driving device has a simpler structure and fewer parts, and thus the apparatus has a better rigidity and higher transmission efficiency.
