Abstract:
Provided are a liquid heating method, a liquid heating device, and a heated liquid supplying device, wherein, when poor liquid flow occurs in a liquid flow path for heating, boiling of the liquid can be prevented to avoid generation of overheated steam. The invention comprises: a heating device (7) comprising a flow path member forming a tubular flow path, through which a sulfuric acid solution is caused to flow, and a heater disposed outside at least one of the opposing liquid flow path planes of the tubular flow path; a liquid draining line (10), an atmospheric vent line (12), and valves (11, 13) constituting a liquid draining mechanism for draining the sulfuric acid solution, which is heated at least in a heat receiving region between the opposing liquid flow path planes of the tubular flow path, to outside the tubular flow path; a flowmeter (6) for measuring the flow quantity per unit time of the sulfuric acid solution supplied to the tubular flow path; and a control unit (14) for receiving a result of measurement performed by the flowmeter (6), determining poor liquid flow in the tubular flow path on the basis of the result of measurement, and performing control such that draining of the sulfuric acid solution is carried out by the liquid draining mechanism in response to the poor liquid flow.
