Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technology that can create a suitable general purpose WBS. The machine-learning device comprises an acquisition unit and a learning control unit. The acquisition unit acquires first information pertaining to a WBS work package of a standard specification, second information pertaining to a WBS work package of a project corresponding to the standard specification, and third information pertaining to a process diagnostic result of the project corresponding to the standard specification. The learning control unit generates association information which associates the first information, the second information, and the third information with one another by performing learning pertaining to the WBS work package on the basis of the first information, the second information, and the third information.
