Abstract:
A magnetic bearing seat structure having built-in magnetic shields (7); one magnetic shield (7) sleeves a radial magnetic bearing (2), and transition fit or small interference fit is employed between the radial magnetic bearing (2) and the magnetic shield (7); the radial magnetic bearing (2) sleeved by the magnetic shield (7) is disposed within a magnetic bearing seat (1), and a radial magnetic bearing fixing ring (3) is fixed on the magnetic bearing seat (1); two thrust magnetic bearings (4) are disposed at a certain interval from one another, a spacer (6) is placed between the two thrust magnetic bearings (4), and the thrust magnetic bearings (4) and the spacer (6) jointly form a thrust magnetic bearing unit; one magnetic shield (7) sleeves the thrust magnetic bearing unit, and small clearance fit is employed between the magnetic shield (7) and the thrust magnetic bearing unit; the thrust magnetic bearing unit sleeved by the magnetic shield (7) is arranged disposed within the magnetic bearing seat (1), a thrust magnetic bearing fixing ring (5) is fixed on the magnetic bearing seat (1), and interference fit is employed between the magnetic shield (7) and the magnetic bearing seat (1). Thin stainless steel sleeves may be obtained by means of tubing, the raw materials are easy to obtain, and a very high interference value need not be provided, which may meet the requirement for repeated assembly and disassembly.
