Abstract:
In a stator consisting of a spinning top-like permanent magnet provided in an
annular housing made of a ferromagnetic substance, the spinning top-like permanent
magnet has such a structure that the same polarities are adjacent to one another
and has such exciting pole characteristics as to improve magnetic flux density
and to emit magnetic flux toward an armature on the inside. On the inside surface
of the spinning top-like permanent magnet, the armature consisting of an annular
magnetic substance of the armature and/or an armature coil is provided, and a
rotary shaft is installed penetrating through the center of the armature. Also
provided is a control circuit which supplies control current to the armature
coil, causing the control current to flow in a direction in conformity with the
excited polarities of the spinning top-like permanent magnet.
