Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an efficient method of sticking a tissue slice. The present invention solves one problem by changing conditions of sticking a tissue slice according to the tissue slice derived from an organ/internal organ. In addition, as one sticking condition, by introducing recesses and protrusions on the surface of a slide for a microscope through reactive ion etching, a technique, which achieves good adhesion between the slide for a microscope and the slice, is provided. Moreover, an optimizing technique for sticking the slice using machine learning technology is provided.
