Abstract:
The present invention easily links facility information to a parking lot polygon included in map information.　A map information creation device 1 comprises: a map information storage unit 122 that stores, as facility information about a plurality of facilities, map information including center position information of each facility, and a plurality of pieces of parking lot polygon information; and a parking lot determination unit 113 that determines a parking lot having the parking lot polygon information, as a parking lot of the facility information having the center position information for which the distance from one node of the parking lot polygon information is the closest.
