Abstract:
There are provided a mobile information terminal (104) for producing, from images and sounds continuously taken at a monitor position that can be shifted to any other position, audio-visual information including video and audio information, adding time information to this audio-visual information, and transmitting these information via a communication network (100); and a storage server (106) for storing the audio-visual information and time information transmitted from the mobile information terminal (104) via the communication network (100), and transmitting, in response to a request for referring to the stored information including the audio-visual information and time information, the stored information via the communication network (100).
