Abstract:
A method for adjusting an overcurrent of an energy storage system, and an energy storage system. The method comprises: acquiring a current value and an overcurrent capability of each battery cluster among a plurality of battery clusters; determining an overcurrent value of the battery cluster according to the current value and the overcurrent capability (202); determining a maximum overcurrent value among overcurrent values of the plurality of battery clusters (203); and adjusting a total current limit value of an energy storage system according to the maximum overcurrent value (204). The method can dynamically adjust the current of the energy storage system, thereby effectively solving the overcurrent problem of the energy storage system.
