Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a method and apparatus for deploying a satellite core network, and a system, a medium and a program product. The method comprises: an access network satellite network element receiving an access request from a terminal; acquiring network topology information of a plurality of core network satellite network elements from an interface management function network element; determining a candidate core network satellite network element set according to the location area where the access network satellite network element is located, and the network topology information, wherein the candidate core network satellite network element set is a subset of the plurality of core network satellite network elements; and according to at least one of the identifier of the access network satellite network element, the identifier of the terminal and the location of the terminal, determining, from the candidate core network satellite network element set, a core network satellite network element set corresponding to the terminal, wherein each core network satellite network element in the core network satellite network element set corresponding to the terminal corresponds to a core network function. Therefore, a dedicated core network satellite network element set, which is dynamically updated by a terminal, can be obtained, and the delay of satellite core network signaling in a space-ground round trip is reduced.
