Abstract:
For quickly downloading the multimedia content with the hidden address information in the internet to the user terminal local, the invention provides, in the process of that the multimedia player of the user terminal obtains the multimedia content to be downloaded with the hidden address information on the reserved multimedia server, obtaining the address information of the multimedia content on the reserved multimedia server, and according to the address information, obtaining the related information of several network resources which contain the same multimedia content with the multimedia content to be downloaded, and then according to the related information of several network resources, obtaining the multimedia content to be downloaded. According to the downloading method and apparatus of the invention, the address information of the multimedia content to be downloaded with the hidden address information can be exactly obtained, and according to the address information, the multimedia content can be downloaded simultaneously from several network resources, the downloading speed of the multimedia content is improved greatly.
