Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for producing monodispersed particles, characterized in that an area of the clearance between the inside of a nozzle part and a cylinder rod (Af) and an area of the cross section of an orifice satisfy the formula: Af > Ao&semi and monodispersed particles produced by the method. The method allows the continuous and stable mass production of monodispersed particles having an uniform particle size (diameter) distribution, since the supply of a flowable material to a container for storing the flowable material is accelerated and carried out smoothly due to the above relationshp of Af and Ao.
