Abstract:
Provided is a method for building a DNA library for sequencing. The method comprises adding A to a single 3-prime end in at least a portion of the DNA fragment; and connecting the blunt ends of the DNA fragment having A added to the single 3-prime end. Also provided are a DNA library for sequencing built with the method and a corresponding sequencing method.
