Abstract:

This method is executed by a computer and includes: multiple executions of a first process for outputting question information to a user and acquiring user answer information with respect to the question information; at least one execution of a second process during the multiple executions of the first process; the execution of a third process for, on the basis of at least two pieces of answer information acquired by multiple executions of the first process, estimating a customer value and a car application for the user, and identifying at least one tire product to be recommended to the user; and the output of information indicating the estimated application and customer value, and information relating to the at least one tire product that has been identified. The second process includes a process for assessing, on the basis of at least one piece of answer information already acquired, the level of understanding of the user with respect to tire products, and for determining answer information to be subsequently output in accordance with the assessed level of understanding.
