Abstract:
A method according to one embodiment of the present disclosure is for transporting or storing a plurality of pieces of foodstuff by using a container 1 comprising: a container body 3; a cooling device 10 for cooling the inside of the container body 3; and an electrode 20 for forming an electric field inside of the container body 3. The method includes cooling the inside of the container body 3 by using the cooling device 10 and forming an electric field by using the electrode 20, in a state in which foodstuff items, of a number no more than a number corresponding to the types of foodstuffs, are respectively disposed in a plurality of spaces formed inside of the container body 3.
