Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for controlling a bio 3-dimensional printer. The method comprises: a nozzle end aligning step (S100) including the steps of (a) mounting a nozzle end aligning sensor to a fixed position on the bed in a printing chamber so as to position a sensing point of the nozzle end aligning sensor to a bed origin position, (b) moving the sensing point of the nozzle end aligning sensor to one side in the X-axis direction so as to position the sensing point below a nozzle of the first output module, (c) lowering the first output module and measuring the Z-value of the nozzle end of the first output module, (d) returning the first output module to the original position thereof, and moving the first output module to the other side in the X-axis direction so as to position the sensing point of the nozzle end aligning sensor below a syringe located at an output position of the second output module, (e) lowering the second output module and measuring the Z-value of a nozzle end of the syringe located at the output position of the second output module, and (f) returning the second output module to the original position thereof, and returning the bed to the original position thereof; an output plate installing step (S200) for removing the nozzle end aligning sensor, installing an output plate on the bed, and sealing the printing chamber; and an outputting step (S500) for controlling the first output module and the second output module so as to perform the printing on the output plate.
