Abstract:
An action determining system (70) comprises a perception information acquiring section (90) and an incentive information acquiring section (81) for acquiring a cause factor which is information having effect on the action, i.e. external or internal information collected by means of a CCD camera (20), a distance sensor (22) or a microphone (23), and acquiring the incidence trend of an action influenced by the cause factor on the basis of the cause factor, an action operating section (82) for selecting one action according to the result of comparison of incidence trends in the same group corresponding to two or more actions acquired by the perception information acquiring section (90) and the incentive information acquiring section (81), and an output semantics converter module (68) for controlling an operating section according to an action selected by the action operating section (82) so that a selected action may be taken. Since the feeling of life is enhanced, a robot acting like an animal can be provided.
