Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a method and device for activating or deactivating an uplink positioning reference signal, a storage medium, and a core network system. The method can be applied to a user equipment, and the method comprises: sending, to a base station, an activation or deactivation request of an uplink positioning reference signal, the activation or deactivation request being used for requesting the base station to activate or deactivate the uplink positioning reference signal, thereby reducing power consumption of the user equipment.
