Abstract:
Provided are a method and device for calculating an IgA immune activity index of a sample. The method comprises the following steps: step 1: acquiring a light absorption value (S110); step 2: converting the light absorption value into the detection amount of an IgA compound according to a regression model (S120); step 3: setting an in-plate anchoring value of the detection amount on ELISA plates, and calculating to obtain an in-plate normalized detection amount of the IgA compound (S130); and step 4: setting an inter-plate anchoring value of the detection amount between the plurality of ELISA plates, and calculating an inter-plate normalized detection amount (S140). According to the method, the original OD value of each hole in the ELISA plate is obtained, the quality control of the hole level is carried out, the detection amount of the IgA compound in the hole is fitted and calculated, then the quality control of the plate level is carried out, data of the ELISA plate level is normalized, the inter-plate difference of the ELISA plate is removed, and the large-batch detection accuracy can be further improved.
