Abstract:
A wireless power drive home appliance for controlling the amount of power supplied to a load comprises: a wireless power transmission unit for transmitting power wirelessly via a transmission coil; a reception coil unit for wirelessly receiving power from the transmission coil of the wireless power transmission unit; a rectifying unit for rectifying an alternating-current voltage of the received wireless power; a DC link for receiving a direct-current voltage which is output from the rectifying unit; a current sensor for sensing a current supplied to a load from the DC link; a switch disposed between the rectifying unit and the DC link, and for controlling the amount of power supplied to the load on the basis of the current being supplied to the load and sensed by the current sensor; and a control unit for controlling the opening and closing of the switch.
