METHOD AND DEVICE FOR EVALUATING DIRECTIONAL ASPECT OF HOUSE

An image reader (1) reads a floor plan showing the room arrangement of a house and used for judging the directional aspect of the house. A converting/compiling device (3) converts the contents read from the floor plan into CAD data. An image converter (4) correlates the names of rooms with the room arrangement, fixes the origin (O) of coordinates, and sends the CAD data to a graphic data digitizing device (5). The device (5) calculates the position and area of each room with reference to the origin (O) of coordinates, plots a TAIKYOKUTEN A on the axes of coordinates, puts an azimuthal diagram for aspect of house upon the floor plan with reference to the TAIKYOKUTEN A, calculates the areas of the region in each azimuth, and generates data (6) for judging the directional aspect of the house. An evaluating and marking device (7) calculates the evaluation score for each part based on an aspect-of-house judging table (8) and numerically displays the degree of good/bad fortune of the house.
