Abstract:
The embodiments of the present application provide a method and a device for leasing a physical host, a cloud platform, and a readable storage medium, relating to the field of virtual network technologies. The method is applied to a cloud platform. The method comprises: firstly, receiving a lease request for a physical host from a user, wherein the physical host is a leaseable physical host selected by the user; next, acquiring resources to be installed onto the physical host, and performing resource installation processing on the physical host on the basis of the resources to be installed; finally, adding the physical host, on which the resources have been installed, into a designated virtual private cloud (VPC), for the user to use. In the method above, the physical host selected by the user can be added into the VPC after resource installation, and the rapid creation and deployment of a physical host and virtual network configuration on a public cloud platform can be realized.
