Abstract:
Provided in the embodiments of the present application are a method and device for managing a cell handover, and a storage medium. When a terminal device needs a handover from a source cell to another cell, a network device in the source cell determines, on the basis of reference clock information received from a specified node, a target cell satisfying a preset criterion, and furthermore, hands the terminal device from the source cell over to the target cell, where the preset criterion may be a preset criterion for satisfying a TSN or TSC clock requirement. In other words, when the target cell satisfies the TSN or TSC clock requirement, the terminal device can be handed over from the source cell to the target cell, thereby preventing the problem of an increased delay in a TSN service or a TSC service or reduced QoS as a result of the terminal device being handed over arbitrarily to a target cell and the target cell not satisfying the TSN or TSC clock requirement.
