Abstract:

The present disclosure relates to a 5G or 6G communication system for supporting higher data transmission rates. This method performed by means of a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system may comprise the steps of: receiving one or more pieces of measurement-related configuration information from a base station, the one or more pieces of measurement-related configuration information, that correspond to each of different altitudes of the user equipment, being configured to be different from each other; and transmitting, to the base station, a measurement result report about a neighbor cell on the basis of the one or more pieces of measurement-related configuration information.
